Tasks
- Independent preparation, processing and control of the monthly payroll (in the program DATEV)
- Recording of wage data in DATEV, as well as preparation of evaluations
- Handling of general correspondence
- Management and maintenance of all employee master data
- Personnel file management and data maintenance
- Registration and certification, as well as processing of correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities
- Preparation of employment contracts and monitoring of contract procedures
- Monitoring of time recording, vacation days and sick notes
- Qualified contact person for our employees
- Personnel support, from the handling of hiring formalities to leaving the company
Qualification
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a payroll accountant / personnel administrator
- You are experienced in the use of DATEV and MS-Office package or willing to familiarize yourself with it
- Sensitivity, assertiveness and discretion
- several years of professional experience in the field of payroll accounting
- Independence, reliability and a structured way of working
