Organisation and supervision of the driving operation
EDP-supported service and personnel planning taking into account the legal regulations
Trusting cooperation with employees in all areas of the company
Fast and situationally appropriate action in the event of operational disruptions
Control of the driving personnel with regard to punctuality and appearance
Keeping sick and holiday lists
Carrying out holiday planning for the driving personnel

Profile Dispatcher

Ideally, professional experience in the driver control or dispatching of a bus company, alternatively completed vocational training and high motivation as well as willingness to acquire comprehensive bus-specific knowledge (e.g. transport regulations, driving and rest time regulations).
Knowledge in the use of MS Office
Ideally knowledge of timetable and duty roster programmes
Driving licence class D/DE advantageous - can be acquired via us
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility and willingness
Stress resistance, resilience and reliability
Enjoy working with people
English skills advantageous
