Tasks
  • Independent preparation, processing and control of the monthly payroll (in the program DATEV)
  • Recording of wage data in DATEV, as well as preparation of evaluations
  • Handling of general correspondence
  • Management and maintenance of all employee master data
  • Personnel file management and data maintenance
  • Registration and certification, as well as processing of correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities
  • Preparation of employment contracts and monitoring of contract procedures
  • Monitoring of time recording, vacation days and sick notes
  • Qualified contact person for our employees
  • Personnel support, from the handling of hiring formalities to leaving the company
Qualification
  • Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a payroll accountant / personnel administrator
  • You are experienced in the use of DATEV and MS-Office package or willing to familiarize yourself with it
  • Sensitivity, assertiveness and discretion
  • several years of professional experience in the field of payroll accounting
  • Independence, reliability and a structured way of working
